Internet users rave over subscription box that helped them lose 58lbs – get 10 free meals

Summer is coming, and around this time of year, many start taking stock of their well-being. After hibernating indoors during the winter, people are keen to feel their best before the warmer months.
Internet users are claiming a popular delivery service has helped them reach their goal weight.
HelloFresh offers low-calorie recipe options, tasty recipes under 650 calories each. They include the delicious-sounding pepper, mushroom and chorizo linguine, the peanut chicken and broccoli noodle stir fry and the mushroom and goat’s cheeseburger.
And, Reddit users have claimed the delivery service, which is currently offering 10 free meals and free desserts for life to those who sign up for a plan, helped them to lose weight.

One internet user asked: “Has anyone had any weight loss success since starting HelloFresh?”
A commenter said they had, and wrote: “Along with learning how to actually cook, Hello Fresh has also played a big part in my finally losing weight in a sustainable way.
“I used to only get the lower calorie meals, but now I just get whatever looks good (I can’t resist anything that has tempura mix involved…) and only eat a half portion, save the other half for lunch the next day.
“Since the beginning of 2021 I’ve lost about 70 pounds, and most of that was all diet.”
Another agreed, and wrote: “Yes, 100%. I love that all the macros are easily accessible so it takes the guesswork out of tracking. I use My Fitness Pal and a lot of the Hello Fresh meals are in there. I’ve lost 22 pounds since 12/27/22, and it’s largely thanks to Hello Fresh.”
Another said: “Yup, I lost 58 lbs since I signed up with Hello Fresh and I’d say this service played a very big role in helping me get here.”
One wrote: “Absolutely. It’s helped me immensely with portion control, eating better in general, and I’m not ordering takeout almost every night.”

Healthline reviewers found their testers lose weight using the plans, but added: “If you follow some dietary plans, like low carb, keto, or paleo, you might find the options limited.”
